Howdie. Fall is already starting to feel like a distant memory, isn't it? The leaves are long gone, the chill is here...and mornings are busier with the return of big jackets, gloves (gloves that no matter what don't stay on a 2 1/2 year old), and warming up the cars. Well, since winter is inevitable Nate and I have decided to beat the winter blues before they happen. We are in month two of P90X. Google it...it's a ridiculous 90 day workout program. A pretty big time commitment, difficult, but really fun to being doing this together.
Is Christmas really two weeks away??!
