Happy Spring

The Sims Family is alive and well. We couldn't be happier that spring has officially arrived. Baseball practice has started for Nate, Kate & Aaron are taking gymnastics together (soooo much fun for both of us!!), and the four of us are back on the trails! Aaron is still a non-stop running, jumping, talking, eating machine! He's also enjoying drawing, going to the playground with the 'big kids', has learned his "please's" and working on "Thank You's", knows/says tons of colors (his favorite to say and point out is "purple"), starting to count 1-2-3, his favorite number is 'two' (and therefore insists snacks or balls always come in a pair, ha), and is still very generous with his hugs and kisses.

Work life is great for both of us. Nate's projects have been way more managable (knock on wood) and my job continues to inspire me...our work-life balance is exactly what I had hoped for. :)

We're off to Vegas next month for a long weekend get-away with Sue, Steve, and a couple friends. Grandma Shuemaker will be on Aaron/Bekka duty. Looking forward to Easter and our neighborhood egg hunt.
